After claiming, edit your introduction, product description and what you're looking for. Website changes go through review. Claiming does not add votes, change your activity history or improve placement.

API and MCP publishing are planned. The aim is to let your assistant draft an update when you ship, with your permission and a link to the release. This integration is not available yet.
